제품 소개 1. 내마모성 강판은 저탄소 강판과 합금 내마모층으로 구성됩니다. 작업 시 매트릭스는 외부 힘에 저항하는 강도, 인성 및 가소성과 같은 포괄적인 특성을 제공하며 합금 내마모층은 지정된 작업 조건의 요구 사항을 충족하는 내마모 특성을 제공합니다. 2. 내마모성 강철 합금 내마모성 저항층과 베이스 플레이트는 야금학적 결합입니다. 특수 장비 및 자동 용접 공정을 통해 고경도 자체 보호 합금 와이어가 기판에 균일하게 용접되고 복합 층은 1~2개 이상입니다. 복합 공정에서는 합금의 수축률이 다르기 때문에 균일한 가로 균열이 나타나며 이는 내마모성 강판의 중요한 특징입니다.3.합금의 내마모성 층은 주로 크롬 합금인 반면 망간, 몰리브덴, 니오븀, 니켈 및 기타 합금이 추가됩니다. 탄화물의 미세 경도는 hv1700-2000 이상에 도달할 수 있으며 표면 경도는 hrc58-62에 도달할 수 있습니다. 초경 합금은 고온에서 강한 안정성을 가지며 높은 경도를 유지하지만 500°C 내에서 완전히 정상적인 사용 내에서 우수한 산화 저항성을 갖습니다. 4. 내마모성 층은 좁은 채널(2.5-3.5mm), 넓은 채널(8 -12mm), 곡선(S, W) 등 주로 크롬 합금으로 구성되며 망간, 몰리브덴, 니오븀, 니켈, 붕소 및 기타 합금 성분이 첨가됩니다. 40-60%의 탄화물 함량으로 미세 경도는 HV1700 이상에 도달할 수 있고 표면 경도는 hrc58-62에 도달할 수 있습니다.제품 사양
